Although this information is required for our internal records, you may use the radio buttons on the listing modification/update form to select whether you wish for this information to be displayed in your listing on the internet.   It is generally a good idea to include the words Phone: or Fax: in front of your numbers to allow for easy distinction.   If you do not have a fax, simply enter the word none and select the No display radio button.
